All of the available designs were created by Kyle Haston, a proud American Veteran, who has applied his education (two degrees in architecture/engineering) and his decades of experience to each of these home plan drawing sets.  Each design has amply sized rooms arranged in a comfortable pattern of flow that results in a great home in which you will be proud to entertain.

The system for construction created by these plans has been greatly received by builders as the information that is needed is there, but the unnecessary "fluff" is not in the way.  As a result, the plans are easy to build from, using sensible dimensions measured from reliable points.  Also, in most designs, typical framing with lumber can be applied vs using engineered beams.

Each purchase gives you the ESTABLISHED RIGHT to build the home design ONE TIME.  Each drawing set will include 24x36 sized PDFs that will print to scale at that size.  The PDFs provided are: Cover Sheet, Foundation Concept, Floor Plans (descriptive), Floor Plans (dimensioned), All Elevations, Roof Plan, and Door/Window Schedules.  Included in each drawing set are all dimensions and notes needed to price and build the design.

While we have an incredible record for perfection, it is possible that an error, perhaps wrong text, may slip through.  If you find what you believe to be an error, please alert us as soon as you can and we will fix the error and get a revised and corrected set to you immediately.  Please note that "changes in the field" are not errors and the plans we  provide are worthy to be adhered to as drawn.

BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS:  If you are interested in multiple building of the same plan, please contact us via email and we will provide a discount based on the amount of purchases being made. As an example, if someone were purchasing 10 plans for a development of 50 homes, we would certainly make sure you get a very good deal.  Unless otherwise established between us, each purchased design is a "right to build" for one time only.

NOTE: Confirm local requirements prior to purchase.  As example, New York, New Jersey, and Nevada require a local architectural stamp for home design drawings.  No stamp is provided as part of any purchase from this site.
